Rainy Days

I really am in love with the weather right now. It has finally gotten warm out and that means no more tights! Yay! Now I do remember making a lengthy or maybe not so lengthy post about my love for tights, but that isn't really the case now that its so warm out. Bare legs are defiantly a step up. 

It has also been really rainy these last couple of days, which is always appreciated. Especially since its make everything so green. My mood has gotten a lot cheerier since it warmed up also. I remember the first day it had really started to warm up I felt crazy happy and I couldn't explain it. I figured it out though, that the winter was actually depressing me a bit. Even if it was warmer then usual, winter is winter, and I hate it more then anything. But now spring is here and that means lots of new styles to try out!

Snake Skin

I recently found this dress at Urban on sale! Its one size too big, but thats part of the reason I love it. Its far looser then it would have been in my size which means that I can style it in a couple different ways. Sometimes I realize I focus too much on what the size of the garment is rather then if it would look good on me or not. This dress really reenforced that.

 I've also recently came to a conclusion that I love shoes way more then I thought I did. The boots that I am wearing in these pictures are literally my go to item this winter, never really leaving my feet, but my collection of shoes it continuing to expand, including a new gorgeous pair of Tuxedo Slippers. My obsession for shoes is even getting to the point where I am recognized by the sales people at the Nordstroms at Mall of America, probably one of the busiest places in my state and probably the whole Midwest. While this is sort of depressing, I see it as a growth from my sweatshirts and chunky vans days *shudder*, not so awkward anymore, am I? Okay maybe a little especially since I snorted so loud today at my friend's joke that everyone in my class turned around and stared at me. That was embarrassing…

Balmain Fall 2012 RTW

I don't think I've ever been so in love with a collection as I have with the Balmain Fall 2012 RTW. I mean the details on every single piece is so intricate and beautiful and well SHINY! And I mean come on what girl does like shiny things? I also love the darker colors on some of the clothing. For spring there was a lot of pastels, which I am of course ecstatic about, but it was nice to see darker colors (since I pretty much live in them, of late). But it wasn't the colors that wowed me or even the shiny diamonds, it was the craftsmanship. I mean the work that must have been put into all of that is mind boggling. Now if only I was crazy rich so I could get my hands on anything from Balmain.  

I have a slight obsession with Karlie Kloss. I just think she is the coolest and so pretty! Plus her photos in Vogue and pretty much everywhere else just amaze me.

Savannah

 Savannah, Georgia will officially be my home for the next four years. Why you ask? Well I am going to be going to Savannah College of Art and Design. Ten minutes into the presentation I fell in love with the school, and before that the city. Not only is the weather BEAUTIFUL, but so is Savannah, with its old buildings and southern charm. The twenty-one mini parks are also a huge part of why I love this city. Its as if nature and urban life have conveniently come together to make this easy and laid back area. Also the spanish moss makes everything so eerie and I have to say I am a fan of all things strange. Now if only the next months would fly by so that I can go to college!
